Experienced postpartum doula and IBCLC candidate, Kathleen Stern, leads the hands-on Infant Feeding and Care Class. This class builds muscle memory and confidence for your baby’s (or babies’) arrival. Hands-on practice for feeding, soothing, swaddling, diapering, etc. Class participants receive concise info sheets and resources to keep. Class can be customized to your family’s needs.
